Loved the location, opposite the Campo de San Francisco. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was basic as per its star rating. Only issue I had was some neighbours were very, very loud. It's not the hotel's fault. Also, plumbing came through wallls, so i knew when neighbors were showering. Overall, I am happy with the hotel as I was out most of the time.

This was a budget pet friendly hotel and we were very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness. The rooms were a little dated but very clean and very comfortable. Location was fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay.

No air conditioning & no screens but bugs (from the park? ). Sheer curtains only so too bright to sleep later.

Basic hotel

Old hotel. Basic but clean with no breakfast. Parking in underground garage via lift which was interesting. Convenient for old town and restaurants.

Al reservar indicaba que la propiedad tenía estacionamiento y facilidades para personas con movilidad reducida, al llegar no había personal en recepción por lo que espere algo más de 10 minutos, la propiedad es compartida con vecinos y uno de ellos fue quien llamó al personal; finalmente fuimos localizados en otra propiedad que resultó ser un Hostal (1 estrella). Realmente decepcionante…

Podria mejorar para la proxima estancia

La experiencia fue regular. La limpieza puede mejorar. El piso se nota con polvo. Poco espacio para poner cosas en el baño. Debe haber 2 zafacones de basura, uno en el baño y otro en la habitación. El personal fue atento pero puede ser aun mas profesional. Si mejora con estas sugerencias podría volver.
