The Staff was great while the room was average. While I was not expecting more, my room was off the street which was a bit noisy. The room was so hot that we needed to open the window to get some cooler air into the room which let the traffic noise into the room.. Hot water was nonexistence for the show however the bath had plenty of hot water. Overall the noise level got quite as the traffic died down through the night. I would suggest this hotel as a budget type hotel not far from the town center of Chester but don't expect a lot of luxuries.

Staff checked us in after cancellation and re-booking had not been confirmed. (It was confirmed by email the next day) Room was delightful and comfortable, meals were delicious and exceptional service by [...] made us feel at home and appreciated.Easy walk to Chester and accessible to all areas we wanted to spend time exploring.By far the best review we have had in 8 days of travel.
