Characteristic detached house on the first floor in the area Ottocentesca Ostuni, nestling between the white houses typical of the past.
Arches and stairways between squares portals you can reach the central Piazza della Libertà, which is about 300 meters and is the meeting place for thousands of tourists from where you can travel itineraries in the Old Town, between typical restaurants, events, nightlife and renowned for the most demanding.
The house, small but comfortable, and completely renovated with new furniture, is composed of two levels:
On the first floor are located: the dining room with kitchen, a balcony, the alcove (small open room in the hall) with sofa, bedroom with a square and a half and wardrobe; bathroom with separate shower;
On the second floor, the suite, which is accessed via an internal staircase, and consists of double bedroom with two windows overlooking the terrace adjacent; bathroom with separate shower, access to the terrace with outdoor furniture ideal for those who like to relax outdoors.

Perfect location in a magical city!
Extremely comfortable accommodations. Nicely laid out, beautiful rooftop terraces. Comfy beds. Andrea was available for questions, could not have asked for a better experience! Perfect location to explore all that Ostuni has to offer

Wonderful place… clean …nice amenities. It was hard to find the location. Our GOS did. Or like the address the host gave us. But… once we found the apartment we had a wonderful time ❤️ very accomodating and the beds were comfortable ! Would stay there again if we go through Italy

appartamento bello e funzionale ben attrezzato e situato in posizione strategica
siamo una famiglia di 3 adulti e 2 bambini di 5 anni. Abbiamo alloggiato dal 6 al 20 Agosto 2016. Appartamento molto bello, pulito, ben rifinito, attrezzato (lavatrice, aria condizionata, frigo grande, cucina attrezzata di stoviglie e posate) spazioso, si sviluppa su due piani con terrazza. Si tratta di un appartamento dell'ottocento ristrutturato mantenendo le carratteristiche peculiari delle case di Ostuni. Non è dotato di parcheggio, ma nella via adiacente o a 2 minuti a piedi, c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare. Ho soggiornato nel periodo "peggiore" dal punto di vista turistico e non ho avuto problemi a parcheggiare auto. La posizione è ideale perchè si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Posizione strategica per uscire ed entrare dal paese, soprattutto nel periodo centrale di Agosto, quando Ostuni si riempie di turisti nelle ore serali. Per coloro che amano anche visitare, consiglio Cisternino e Ceglie a pochi km da Ostuni. Il proprietario Andrea, è una persona accogliente, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ho passato una vacanza straordinaria.
