Comfortable apartment with classic decor, in the heart of Ostuni's historic center, with balcony and view of the Column of Sant'Oronzo.



The apartment benefits from two entrances, one on the main street full of stores and restaurants, and one on a pedestrian street in a quiet and reserved context.

Both lead to the living area, which features an open-plan kitchen, a dining table, a TV and a small studio. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a bedroom with a loft: above a queen-size bed and below a single sofa bed. A bathroom with shower and laundry complete the layout.



The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral (600 meters from the apartment) that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park, and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away), and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.

Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic center and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westward there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic of its Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.



Brindisi Airport is a 35-minute drive away, while Bari International Airport is 100 km away.

Une belle photo ne fait pas tout

Nombreuses prises de contact avec Abritel à notre arrivée afin de récupérer les clès. Appartement très anxiogène car n'étant pas climatisé, il faut garder les fenêtres fermées et l'on se retrouve dans le noir.Le balcon est inutilisable (inutilisé depuis longtemps si l'on se fie à l'état des chaises (rouillées) et à la propreté.La télé ne fonctionne pas (pas de réception des chaines). Wonderfull Italy qui gère le bien a été complètement incompétent malgré de nombreuses relancesLes toilettes étaient sales à notre arrivée et les draps pour la 3eme personne n'avaient pas été fournis.Au mur, les portraits des ancêtres sont sous cellophane.Les volets ne ferment pas correctement et les gonds sont bloqués par la peinture
Le salon est très sombre quand on n'ouvre pas les fenêtres, il faut choisir entre la chaleur, la luminosité, le bruit de la rue des 7h du matin
Le magnifique balcon que personne n'utilise (pas nettoyé et chaise rouillée)
La fermeture des volets impossible car ils ne joignent pas et les tringles sont collées au au bois par la peinture
Pas de signal video sur la TV du salon et la tablette proche de la cuisine
