In the cozy living / dining room you can make yourself comfortable on the couch with coffee table and armchair. A 43-inch Ultra HD Smart TV, Blu-ray player and a radio with CD player, Blutooth and USB port provide for your entertainment. Of course, Wi-Fi access is available for free use. But also a small selection of board games and books is at your disposal. The dining table for 4 people is located next to the comfortably designed and extensively equipped kitchenette and invites you to linger. A dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker with thermos, Tassimo capsule machine, toaster, kettle and egg cooker complete this. Of course, many large and small kitchen utensils are available. From the living area you reach the covered and furnished terrace (east) which offers a view of the small spa park of Baabe. The villa was built in 2016 and is located in the first row, only 50 meters from the kilometer-long and fine sandy beach. Opposite is the spa park, from where you have only short distances to coffees, restaurants or even a bakery, for the fresh bread in the morning. Well-developed cycle paths on the peninsula Mönchgut, the stop of the Rasender Roland to Lauterbach, are just a few highlights that you can easily reach from your apartment in a few minutes.
