Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine top Lage, genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die uns aufgefallen sind: Zahnputzbecher, Haken für Geschirrtuch in der Küche, Untersetzer für Gläser (Bierdeckel) und ein Brotkorb wären noch nett.Das zweite Schlafzimmer (welches wir nicht benutzen mussten) ist in unseren Augen sehr ungünstig möbliert. Das Doppelbett ist nur 1,40 m breit. Trotzdem kann man den Kleiderschrank nicht ordentlich öffnen und auch die Balkontür geht durch das Bett nur teilweise zu öffnen.Das Gäste-WC ist für sich genommen sehr gut. Leider wurde auch hier ein sehr großer Waschtisch verbaut, der den kleinen Raum unnötig ausfüllt und die Benutzung des WCs erschwert. Schade war, dass keine Kopfkissen in der Größe 40 x 80 vorhanden waren, obwohl die laut Einrichtungsliste hätten da sein sollen. Ich nehme sonst immer mein eigenes Kopfkissen mit in den Urlaub und hatte aufgrund der Angaben darauf verzichtet.Diese Punkte sind alles in allem aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Möblierung der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und es wurden auch hochwertige Geräte verwendet (Siemens, WMF und so weiter).Dazugehörige stellplatz ist sehr breit , was insbesondere von Vorteil ist, wenn man Fahrräder dabei hat.Auch die Sauna ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin funktionierte einwandfrei. Ebenso die Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise.Alles in allem ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert.öffnen

sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Ostsee

Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß für 2 Personen und auch für die Eigenversorgung mit vielen Hilfsmitteln ausgestattet. Wir haben sehr die Morgensonne auf dem Balkon Richtung Ostsee genossen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert.

Näher geht nicht …

Tolle Apartment-Anlage, die nur ca. 100m von der Ostsee entfernt ist. Ebenso die nahe HighStreet von Baabe mit einigen netten Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und supersauber. Alles, was man braucht, weit über Standard hinaus. Definitiv eine Empfehlung, wir würden glatt wiederkommen!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick und die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön. Mit dem Wellness Bereich ist alles perfekt die zwei Saunen und das Schwimmbad ist sehr gut zum Entspannen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung ist super. Sehr guter Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und eine Toplage zum Strand von Baabe. Näher geht es wirklich nicht. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und zur Schlüsselübergabe insgesamt reibungslos. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön wäre künftig noch Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos in der Anlage.

Baabe entspannt

Überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Perfekte Lage an der Ostsee mit Meerblick. Aufzug zur Tiefgarage. Angenehm auch der abendliche Kamin (nur Optik kein Heizen). Kleine nette Bäckerei/Café nebenan mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen. In der Nähe das Zentrum mit ein paar wenigen guten Restaurants.
