The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view. The modern apartment beach runner with bedroom and living room has a beautiful private terrace overlooking the forest and the side of the sea. Enjoy this wonderfully direct beach location. From your balcony you have a limited sea view through the pine trees in the dunes.
