Could not get any service, very under staffed
I'm very thankful for the staff for staying up so late. Our flight was delayed and then the traffic was a parking lot due to construction and the PanAm Games. We actually didn't check in until just before 1am! From Jordan (I believe that was his name) who checked us in to the ladies at the front desk and the Jamaican woman mopping, all smiles! After having such a bad trip to and from Canada, this was a highlight. If we ever come back to Canada, I'd definitely book a room here again.
