Very friendly staff and speak English. I like the cold fridge. Coldest fridge I have seen in hotel. Good room lighting. I also like their fash wash and skin milk (lotion) available for free just in front of the elevator.

Rooms are small (which is expected in Japan) but the staff is so helpful and courteous, there are tons of toiletries and supplies which made my travel so easy and comfortable and the laundry on site made it convenient to do at any hour.

I would recommend upgrading to the double room if you can, otherwise the standard room is very small. An older hotel and I think you could stay somewhere a little nicer in a similar price range. Staff was polite and friendly and the stay was comfortable overall.

The hotel is located steps from an underground shopping center that's connected to the subway, and right next to Shinsaibashi shopping street, which leads to Dotonbori. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the variety of welcome drinks were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small as expected but was comfortable.

Good location right next to the station and walking distance to shinsaibashi. Didnt feel very clean. You have to request room cleaning when you want it otherwise they dont do it. The bathroom smelled moldy and i noticed a dust layer would build up on my ipad screen each morning. Although the linen was clean, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The room is very small which i suppose is normal for the area

Hotel was in a great location. As expected, the room was very small. Subway, shopping and convenience stores all very close by. A great base to explore Osaka as a first time visitor.

Very nice location and is convenient to shopping areas like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Amenities is great. The rooms is pretty nice but if you look closer, the carpet corners have so much dust it looks like it hasn't been vacuumed for years and toilet needs to be scrubbed. I would stay again for the convenience.

pretty small but near a lot of shops and dotonbori. probably wouldn’t book again because i feel like the space could be utilized better (bed was so large compared to room size), but was good enough for a single traveler!
