The apartment was clean and the building is well kept. It’s close to a station so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk from Universal City Walk so there is access to all styles of restaurants. If you want more local flavor, hop on the train and get to one of the other local neighborhoods and enjoy the local dining there. There is a Family Mart just down the street for quick and easy conbi food. We did have a problem with the door lock sticking one time but the staff were quick to respond when contacted via phone. AC worked well in the high heat and the beds were firm but comfortable. I would stay here again.

The property is amaizing, great place and very comfortable with easy access to transport and perfect for Universal Park. Tue only downside is the sorroundings are not very good looking as it seems to be an industrial area.

新しいのでお部屋は全体的に清潔でした。 洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり大変便利でした。 隣の温泉も良かったです。 チェックインが22時までとあったのですが、当日間に合わないので問い合わせたところ22時を過ぎても問題無いとの事でした。 メールや予約内容だけを見ると22時を過ぎるとチェックイン不可なのかと思い慌てて予定から帰る事になったので、チェックイン時間を過ぎても問題無いと記載して欲しいです。

新しい賃貸用マンションをホテルに改装したと思われる民泊的な宿泊施設 3人以上で広く綺麗な部屋に泊まりたい場合や長期の大阪滞在にはキッチンやリビングが広くて良いだろう ユニバーサルスタジオや大阪万博への利用想定だろうが、立地的に工場倉庫街なので、隣の大浴場併設のレストラン以外は、近隣にコンビニさえ近くにないので要注意 玄関入場やチェックインが予約番号やスマホでの認証だが、コードが複数あって分かりにくく、ネット作業に慣れていない高齢者などには不向き 大浴場はスーパー銭湯に近い設備で露天風呂やサウナも充実

外国の人が隣の部屋にいて、ベランダからの声が大きかったのが気になったのと、夜２０時ごろにマイクが入って、子供が寝た後にたいした内容じゃ無いマイクに困った。 それ以外はとても良かった！

シンプルに必要なものが揃っていて清潔感のある客室。14階の温泉も清潔で心地よい滞在が出来た。ただ、チェックアウトはギリギリだと混んでおり、エレベーターに乗ることが難しい

O hotel é quase um airbnb, é um apartamento amplo e espacoso, com diversas facilidades como maquina de lavar, fogao, geladeira e etc. Para aqueles que vao em grupos grandes é ideal. O apartamento é bem grande, deixando todos confortaveis, fica apenas a 6 min de caminhada da estacao mais proxima e fica ha uma estacao de distancia da Universal, a vizinhanca é tranquila. O unico ponto é que por funcionar como um airbnb nao ha limpeza diaria do apartamento ou troca de toalhas diarias, mas eles oferecem varias toalhas limpas e produtos de limpeza que mitigam tal questao

万博、USJで3泊利用しました。 施設、部屋はとても綺麗で大満足です。 部屋にキッチンもダイニングも洗濯機もあり、ほぼ家という感じでした。 コンビニが近くにあればなと思いました。
