Excellent property, walkable to many shops, convenient stores and restaurants. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were attentive and the onsite breakfast cafe a must try. There was also laundry facilities on site which was very helpful to my extended travels across Japan. Highly recommend.

部屋へ入室して右手にトイレとシャワールーム、左手に洗面台があり、洗面台は私物を置いてもごちゃごちゃしない広さ。ベッドと洗面台がある空間を仕切るカーテンがあったのでスッキリしてなかなか快適だった。ただ湯船に浸かりたかったのでバスタブが無かったのは残念。近所の温泉施設に特別チケットなどの配布で入れるサービスがあると良いなと思った。

施設が新しく当日のロッカー預かりが 自動で出来たりチェックイン機で スマートに行えた後にスタッフが ペットボトル水配布と案内してもらえた。 部屋もテーブル使いやすくトイレは個別で テレビも見やすかった。 朝食はおにぎりか卵かけを選ぶ シンプルなスタイルだが時間かからず 提供され量も良かったです。 駅から若干歩くのと シャワーのみだったので 人によっては気になるかもです。 また宮崎行く時は使いたいです。

大きな荷物と、バッグを持っていました。 急いでいたので、チェックインの前に荷物を預けてすぐに出発したかったのに、ロッカーしか無く、大きな荷物は預かれないからチェックインして部屋に入れてくれと言われました。 チェックインしている最中に、近隣ホテルに泊まる友人が大きい荷物を預かってくれ、バッグだけになったのでチェックイン後にロッカーに入れようとしたら、ロッカーはチェックイン前しか使えませんと言われました。 先に言って欲しかったです。 また、私が急いでいるのは明らかなのに館内説明を始めて、どこがスマートインなのかわかりませんでした。
