Good stay! Traditional Japanese’s hotel with free Ramen at 21:00-23:00. Hot spring is available during all night.

Good: The location in Osaka is great, easy walk to Dotonbori and shopping. The onsen facilities on site are a nice to have and its open all night long so you don't have to worry about getting back late and not being able to use it. Complimentary late night ramen (9-11pm) is also a nice perk.I found the beds quite comfortable and the charging plugs/jacks plentiful (they even included micro USB/lightning cables in the room for convenience!) Not Good: Our bathroom had a smell of urine coming from it even though the toilet and shower looked clean. We wondered if perhaps the tatami floor in the bathroom had gotten soiled at some point and its hard to get out? The staff was fine but we wish they would have informed us at check-in that fresh towels would be delivered every morning--we were stuck wondering after using the onsen where we would get new towels. Less in the hotel's control, it was very busy when we went. The lobby is frequently packed, when it gets late ALL the shoe lockers are full and taken, onsen (female side at least) is quite busy even at 1-2AM. Also not everyone showers before getting in--the hotel has signs on how to use an onsen bath but unfortunately...in a busy hotel you're going to have people who ignore it. =(

This has been our favorite hotel in Japan! The biggest and coldest room we’ve had. Highly recommended. Ambiance is very cool. Service is great

Wonderful service and amenities, midnight noodles, pjs for the entire family, onsen open from 3pm to 10am, comfortable futami mats throughout the hotel.

It was clean and staffs were kind. Breakfast was great.

New hotel in the Namba area with excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a great location, walking distance to Dontonburi area of Osaka. Fun concept with totami mats throughout hotel so you have to remove your shoes upon entering the hotel. Rooms were roomy (enough) for 2 people and were clean/new with good amenities. The baths were nice but a little crowded (even early in the morning). Would stay again and recommend to others.

After 12 hours from sfo to narita airport, we came straight to Osaka(6hours JR+subway), we finally get to check in. Cold towel served at the front desk while checking in and one of the staff clean our luggages, since we all walk with bare feet! Free Ramen and hot springs help a lot to relieve the stress and tired:) can't wait to explore the city in the morning and the location is perfect!n! For sure will come back for the next trip!!!!!

Nothing against the hotel... but someone actually stole my wife’s shoes in the lobby..... the staff was good enough to go through security camera and retrieve the shoes back...

Excellent location. Nippombashi station is right there. Convenience Stores within 1 min. Nice onsen (although it's not spring water)! Laundry facilities if you need, amazing with tatami mats everywhere (incl. the elevator!), no shoes policy once you pass the front desk, quiet rooms, breakfast buffet (if you want), free ramen from 9-11pm! Front desk was so kind and helpful (they're able to speak many languages!) given that I had no Japanese and a sick child. They loaned me a thermometer, plug adapter (for my laptop), and even gave me medicine as I couldn't find anything at 11pm for my child's fever!

Stayed a couple of nights at this Ryokan-like house. We were a party of 6 & it accommodated us very well. The house's interior is beautiful--it had all the markings of a traditional Japanese house (built > 100 yr ago) with shoji & eastern décor. There was a spacious dining room & living room on the first floor; there is a flat screen TV, & interestingly a record player with oldies such as the Beatles. The bathroom was ultra modern with an excellent toilet (Japanese toilets tend to be fully automated) & nice shower with good water pressure. The bonus is that the bathroom opens up to a small courtyard with a Japanese lantern. The hot tub (temperature is adjustable) is just outside facing the courtyard, with enough privacy that a bathing suit in not necessary. The upstairs houses 2 bedrooms, one which has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. In between the bedrooms is an open space with a glass floor. This is where a traditional tea ceremony is performed by the staff--I didn't know there was a tea ceremony & it was a welcome bonus. We even got to make our own tea after the staff member finished the tea ceremony. Other details: Small kitchen with fridge stocked full of booze. Many umbrellas to borrow. Pajamas included. WiFi signal was strong. Laundry machine! Luggage can be stored at their other location which is perhaps about a 10 minute walk. The staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive. Their command of the English language was superb. Totally recommend!!

Compare with the same brand hotel in kyoto, this one is not as good as kyoto, in terms of staff's friendly, facilities.

Loved this hotel, convenient location- even super easy to get to Nara, my only didsaointment was that my room was on the second floor and the windows were not thick enough to help with the loud street alley noise which made it super hard to sleep and uncomfortable. I would book again because it was clean and easy to get around but would make sure I do f get a room on the second floor south side.

Love the amenities that this hotel provides. Room were very spacious. Tatami mats throughout the hotel which makes it very traditional. Didn't have a chance to go to the hot spring on this trip. But will for sure to come back next time to try it out. I like that at night (9-11pm) they provide you with free ramen as a late night snack. This is definitely nice especially when you just had a long day out and you wanted a quick snack.
