Quieter area than Namba or Umeda, which means no really long lines for the elevator. Rooms are nice and spacious. No amenities and not many shops nearby but it’s convenient to the subway.

It’s a nice hotel and it’s located in a convenient location. Subway station is about 5 minutes away, and you will not go hungry nor thirsty because there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Hotel facilities and the rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a storage room where you can store your luggages if you’re too early for check in or if you have a later flight after checkout. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back again!

I loved this hotel. Comfortable, clean and friendly . Great location for a 20 minute walk to shopping and food. Local cafes very close were good. Feedback for the hotel is that a chair in the room with a back would help for people with back issues, or allow eating of dinner in the lounge area. Overall our family of four loved our stay .

The size of the bathroom was great. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfy, amenities were always replenished. This is out of their control but the sound of cars outside can get pretty loud. There were several instances around midnight where someone was just revving their bike over and over.

From check-in to check-out, this stay was a fantastic experience. The desk staff were courteous and friendly, and the room was always tended to extremely well by the housekeeping staff. Accomodations were very comfortable, which is important to note when many hotels in Japan have firmer bedding. Location was also very convenient, with easy access to Hommachi and Sakaisuji-Hommachi stations. Whenever I'm back in Kansai, I will absolutely book a room here again - I look forward to it!

Beautiful hotel with lots of food options nearby. 7/11 across the street, udon, katsu, sushi are all within walking distance. Dotonburi area is a 15 min walk. Rooms are spacious and modern. Free coffee, juice, teas was always available on the lobby. Train station close by too. Only downfall was there was no airport transportation except for taxis. Expensive ride Itami airport. I’d definitely stay here again.
