我這次入住的是 203號房，地點在大阪長堀橋站步行約10分鐘（約600公尺），距離地鐵／近鐵日本橋站約15分鐘（約900公尺），交通算是方便。 房間內的設備基本齊全，但仍有一些小缺點。雖然有準備垃圾袋與衛生紙，但入住時並沒有提前告知備品放在哪裡，詢問客服時還繞了一會兒才得到答案。房間空間偏小，走動時略顯擁擠；而最令人困擾的是——垃圾竟然不能每天丟棄，只能等到退房當天才會有人來收！ 這點真的非常不方便，也讓我完全不敢開火做飯。 此外，電梯與房間都有明顯異味，連冷氣與空氣清淨機吹出來的風都帶著臭味，最後我只好自己去買芳香劑放在房內。清潔方面真的需要大幅改善。 不過也有優點：民宿可以自行洗衣，浴室具備烘衣功能，衣架數量也足夠，對長住旅客來說相當實用。 比較特別的是，客服聯絡只能透過 hotels.com 訊息系統，無法直接電話或LINE聯絡，這在我多次日本住宿經驗中還是第一次遇到。 整體而言，地點方便、生活機能基本到位，但清潔與垃圾管理政策大大扣分，若能改善這兩點，整體住宿體驗會好很多。
