I liked the rooms . We had a room with 2 twin beds for Japan standard it was a decent size. But I didn’t like their A/C system . All bottons were in Japanese there was a sheet with English translation but still very inconvenient to use.

Great location and close to everything. We got the bigger room with kitchen and dining and everything still looks brand new but there is only one lobby where you get the amenities. Staff are excellent and helpful. We had a miscommunication with our key cards but with patience and google translate we were able to straighten it out at the end. I will definitely go back and stay here again.

Excellent Stay for Families

We stayed in a family room at the Residence Tower and were really impressed with how spacious it was. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the station, which made getting around so easy. Breakfast was lovely, with a variety of fresh and different options each day. We also really appreciated the warm and attentive service. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Family stay

Good location with lots to offee near by. Our room was in the residence tower so our room was meant to be cleaned every third day. It was only cleaned on the third day (not 6th or 9th). We had to visit main tower for new towels etc as when we rang, they wouldn't come to us.

The hotel is new and clean. Staying at the residence tower is a good choice as it comes with a washing machine and small kitchen. Great for family with kids. Location is very good as it's near to the station and shopping places. Will stay here again if I visit Osaka again.

New hotel - apparently just opened a couple days before we arrived so check in was a bit long and unprofessional. The room sizes are so small ( like had to open luggage in hallway to unpack for the three days.) Rooms were very clean. Only two chairs in lobby so no where to sit. Would have been nice to be able to sit in large breakfast area after breakfast was done- but it was closed up. So no area to sit with my family - because literally only two beds fit in our room. No ice machine (even though on door showed ice on 2nd floor) Had stickers on key cards with room numbers! We peeled our stickers off because had we have lost keys everyone would have known our hotel and room number. Also doors to rooms were so heavy- Think they were just not adjusted at top - due to probably not being used yet. Had a ton of lovely orchids upon entrance - but should remove the dead flowers as they smelled a bit. Rooms were very clean -and offered toiletries in lobby. Location was good if you want Dontonbori area. Very convenient but busy. Also on weekends it’s a bit loud with car and motorcycle racing on street!
