Good location near Umeda station

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Nice room. Great location, lots of food & activities nearby. Trains are close by, and it was easy access to Universal studios. Recommended!

Very courteous and helpful staff. It's very close to a subway stop and walkable to the JR Osaka station and various stations around it. it's a budget hotel, so about par for the course, don't expect much more than that. However, when I booked it said it could sleep 3 (2 adults + a child) and that's not true. There's only a single double bed, so unless you're all very tiny, 2 is more realistic.

I wouldn’t stay here . . .

We booked this hotel based on its location, and its overall rating. But we have learned a big lesson – we should have read some reviews before booking - not after booking. After booking the room, we queried the Hotel about reviews that mentioned bedbugs, excessive noise by other guests, tiny room ceiling height, and cleaning needed in some rooms. We sent polite queries, but never received a single response so we ended up paying again for a different hotel, which was excellent. I have never had a Hotel just refuse to answer my multiple, reasonable and polite emails.
