Not quite modern hotel comparing to others nearby. You can clearly tell the facility has been ages. It's about 10 mins walking from major subway stations which is a lot if you have to walk on daily basis.

Staff has difficulty to communicate in and understand English. Hotel has no pick up point for Uber-called vehicle. Noted that the lift is accessible not only to guests but also general public as there is no card-controlled panel like other hotels.

Wonderful place to stay for a quick drop in. Clean, accessible and easy to trains and vibrant areas in Osaka. Trains are loud so I advise wearing earplugs to bed, other than that it was great!

Room was too hot and couldn't sleep

The room was extremely warm and unable to adjust the air-conditioner. I woke up a few times at night because of the warmth. The coolest place in the whole building is the elevator. I asked the front desk twice and the only thing they did was to apologize. One of the female staff was really unfriendly, I asked if there's any way that they could help and she just said No. In the end I can only went to the ice machine, got more ice and drank more icey water. And there was a construction going on right in front of the building and started working at 8 o'clock.

I would stay here again as it was very convenient as it was a 8min walk to a major train station and being located in Umeda, the hotel has many nearby restaurants and popular shopping places! Our room was much smaller than expected but we still managed.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent staff and service. My room was spacious, clean, and had very convenient. Getting my room was quick and easy as the were very helpful, not to mention checkout was also very easy to do. I think I might reserve a room at this hotel in the future.

My family and I stayed for three nights. While we really enjoyed our stay, we were very disappointed the air conditioning in our room was not working. We had to keep the windows opened throughout our stay to keep the room cooled, but then that meant we had to put up with the constant noise since the hotel is next to the train station. That was our only negative experience. Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located, closed to a train station, shopping and restaurants.

This Hote used to be cheaper few years ago. And the price was matching the service. Now it’s just too much expensive for the experience it provides. They are just surfing on the boom of the price of hotels in Japan, without providing any good benefits or services: the rooms are like 20 years old, very small (the beds were almost touching the walls), you’ve got to do your own check in and check out, and pick up your amenities by yourself… terrible for this price.
