Pros- close/centered to stores, restaurants and train stations. Staff friendly. Cons- leak in the room. The roof/AC was evidently not working properly. One of our beds was wet! They dried the sheets/bed linings but the leak was still there during half our stay. They eventually fixed it, but no compensation for the trouble.

This hotel has the greatest breakfast it is varied and with excellent service. The area around is not very clean and full of people but the hotel itself is good, the lobby furniture needs a little love and cleaning. The hotel room was excellent the checkout was fast with a machine. Overall the hotel is great and the breakfast was the highlight well located in a very busy noisy and dirty area but you are near everything.

You can't find a better location as you are in the heart of Osaka, yet it is super quiet at the hotel. Great amenities, air conditioning worked perfectly, coffee and tea available for free in the lobby. This is a fantastic hotel to stay at when visiting Osaka.
