The customer service was horrible. No english. At the reception four employee availabe but they asked to do the check in at the kiosk. The rooms are very small and dark. The walls are dirty. The light switches dirty. The bed spread stained. The bad sheets old. The carpet dirty. Something fell on the floor and i use a wet napkins, was black. Very bad experience.

We always stay at Dormy Inn whenever we travel to Japan and Seoul. I am hoping they will more branches in other countries soon. I choose Dormy Inn for the onsen, clean facilities, friend staff, the ramen bar at night, the ice pops, the pajamas, the nice toiletries.

The location is good but the hotel is getting old. The area is a bit noisy and will not recommend single travel lady to stay at the hotel. Also, the staff English level has room for improvement, they can’t even suggest us for transportation to airport as I had an early flight. Great place, clean, safe and quiet. Has a real-time crowded or not for their onsen. Convenient to be able to pick our time soaking in the warm waters. Super convenient and close to Dontonbori shopping area. Close to a supermarket too if you need snacks. The onsen/ hot springs area is quite small but does the job after walking all day. You get to enjoy free popsicles at the end of the night.
