We love to stay here. Only thing this time the elevator wasn't working and did not know this ahead of time. We managed the stairs. Husband has mobility issues.

We have stayed here twice and have been pleased with the staff and assigned unit both times. We usually go in the winter for the quiet but it would be great at any time of the year.

The views were amazing. The fitness center was good. The only downside is no walkable restaurant from the facility.

We liked that the place is close to everything and don't have to drive 20-30 minutes to find a restaurant. The lakeview still looked stunning and peaceful even though it was raining that time. There's just a mildew smell when we first got to our room and had to air out for a couple of hours. Otherwise, our stay was relaxing which is what we came for.

FLY KILLER!

It's a shame that we spent quite a lot of time killing flies. As a matter of fact, over 36! At least the office gave us a fly swatter. The room itself was nice but not enjoyable.

Huge clean 2 bedroom condo with a fold down Murphy bed in living area. Condo was clean and well stocked with linens, towels, dishes and pans. Parking sucks due to resort built on a hill over lake and parking is difficult in some areas. Lake view from condo was wonderful. Pool is not heated and hot tub did not work. All in all, we had a nice visit to the area.

I’ve stayed here over a Dozen times and this was by far the loudest and worse, and i was given an accessible but up on check i was told it was told it was a regular room several times, unhappy with This particular stay.
