Overall, our stay was okay. I tried to refrain from sharing a not-so-great review, but here is what we experienced. When we arrived, the floors were dirty. I could tell they had not been mopped and there was dirt in every room. The rugs in front of the doors were also dirty. I used the broom provided to take care of this. Not a problem!My 4-year-old daughter got shocked with an exposed hot wire under the bar top counter in the kitchen. I immediately contacted the number we were given and attached a picture. The only response I received was to get more details so maintenance could come and fix the issue. The "fix" was to place a piece of duct tape over the wire. It was posted above the thermostat that we were not to turn the thermostat under 74 due to it freezing the unit. We keep our home cooler than that. We had to keep all blinds closed to keep the unit cool during the day. The vent in the bunk bedroom was closed (and broken) so our children did not like sleeping in there due to it being warm. There was no mention of this before arriving.One of the three tv's we were able to get work. The other two we did not end up using due to the Wi-Fi signal being too weak.On the drive home, I sent an email with all of my issues and concerns and asking to be contacted. I have heard nothing in return. There are multiple other units we will be looking at for the next trip.
