The dock, hot tub and patio may be shared depending on availability, but this rental includes a dedicated slip.
NOTE: We use a smartlock with unique codes for every guest, and in case of any unexpected lock issues, we also have a backup lockbox available, and please note that lost keys incur a $500 replacement fee.
