The place is really nice, however, we had some issues. I didn’t receive any emails of check in, or any details about the passcode or WiFi. I only received texts leading up to our arrival. I had to call the property manager for the passcode. The refrigerator wasn’t cold. We could only put half our things in the fridge. And keep restocking. And we had issues again with the keypad. It wouldn’t lock. I had to call the property manager again, she said she would call maintenance.Mind you, this happened on the 4th of July. Maintenance called back and said, we replaced the keypad and we aren’t coming back. I understand it was a holiday. I didn’t expect them to come that evening. But at least come back the next day to fix it. Never did. The day before we left, I called the property manager, AGAIN, and told her that the maintenance never came back to fix the problem and that we couldn’t lock the door. It would not be locked when we left. Low and behold, when we were leaving, I checked the keypad and it was working again. They are able to reset from the office. Like I said, the condo is very nice. But the headache wasn’t worth it. I hope someone else has a better experience.
