Quick check in. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
Had several amenities for it's affordability and was conveniently located for many Lake of the Ozarks attractions.
I picked this hotel because it offered a fitness gym. When I showed up they told me it was closed. The shower had a very loud high pitched sound. They automatically charge you a fee for use of a safe. You have to request it be removed. It is older and not in the best condition however based on the cost I expected that.
Easy to find.
Very happy with our choice to stay during our visit to the Ozark Amphitheater (REO Speedwagon).
We stayed for one night while on our way to Branson. It’s a motel so you kind of get what you pay for but we had no complaints. It was quiet because it’s set off the street a bit and the road seemed quiet at night too. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Would stay again if passing through!
This Baymont should loose their national label. It is appears to be run by a family, mostly men who hang around the lobby. Lobby was unkempt, breakfast area was in open check in area, very poor set up. The day we were trying to check in maintenance was working on plumbing issues & yet staff kept assigning us a room under repair. Unprofessional & shabby
Another dirty location with poor front desk service. No coffee, old fruit.
The hotel was functional but needs a bit of a freshening up. I had to wait for the front desk person to notice me from the laundry room when checking in and when checking out, the person handling that duty was wearing saggy pants, an old t-shirt and a flannel shirt. I'm not much for needing uniforms, but something that didn't look like it just came out of the hamper would be nice. The "grab and go" breakfast was a little light on options, too.
Very worn and outdated. Most doors are padlocked and can’t be used. Did not feel safe either. Tub/shower did not even have a door or curtain to contain the water. Will not stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay. Great pool and hot tub. The only dislikes were that the room we were assigned was not attached to the hotel so we had to walk through the parking lot to get to the hot tub. We were also given a room for handicapped which we did not need. The complimentary breakfast was very good. They had more to offer then other hotels we have stayed at.
The WiFi did not work and the breakfast was skimpy at best. The room was clean though
Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, convienient, had indoor and outdoor pools and spa
The front desk staff is awesome! Great customer service skills.
Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and no odd odor. Room was as described on website. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others to stay there if in area. i will definitely book a room with them again!
