The hotel was great and conveniently located near many attractions. The state park is just around the corner, where you can enjoy the beautiful lake. Most of the other attractions in the Ozarks are only a 10–20 minute drive away, making this a very convenient location. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. For an affordable price, this is an excellent place to stay. Plus, the free breakfast is a nice bonus!

The room was dirty when I checked in. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to clean my bathroom. They came right away and cleaned the bathroom toilet and shower. The walls were nasty. I will not stay here again.

Paper thin towels, not very clean, just sheets on the bed - no blanket or comforter. Breakfast looked hideous, coffee was decaf or regular with powdered creamer, that's it. Staff is helpful, and courteous.

My room was basically clean, the lobby and hallways could be cleaner (debris on floors). The staff was nice to deal with and spoke fluent English. I didn't have an opportunity to use the pool nor the laundry room. I am planning on staying there contingent on their moving me to the other building which I haven't stayed in before. I will post that experience after staying there.

Well the air in the rooms did work good, a little noisy, out door pool was out of order and the same for the hot tub , washing machines were both out of order did not try the dryers, the carpets hadn’t seen a vacuum in several days the continental breakfast was fine, it was no 5 star hotel, price was ok, WiFi was mirroring your phone to the tv? staff was friendly and they did have free coffee available all day that was a plus

The room was adequate. There was a hole in the wall next to the broken headboard. The bathroom sink had very little water pressure, which made it very difficult to brush teeth. The shower, while having pressure, went from either extremely hot to very cool. The TV took a while to connect to the internet, so that was a bummer when trying to get news for the day. Overall, not a very comfortable stay and probably won’t stay here again.
