Condo 4107 is a four bedroom, four bath on the 4th floor, walk-in level in the Towers. It has an open concept and contemporary feel with fantastic lake views.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked very well. Features granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances: refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and stove with smooth cook top. The breakfast counter will seat four and a private dining area with a large dining table seating 6 making this great for family gatherings. An added plus is a coffee bar featuring a Keurig coffee maker and a wet bar for your cocktail’s.

Enjoy your morning coffee and evening drinks on the beautiful screened in deck overlooking the lake. Featuring relaxation furniture with great seating, deck tv, a gas grill and table/chairs for enjoying a meal on the deck.

Huge Master bedroom has a king bed with TV and a private bath with a large, beautiful walk in shower. Features a very large sliding door providing access to the deck for your morning coffee and evening cocktail as you enjoy the serene peacefulness of the lake.

The second bedroom has a queen with its own private full bathroom.

The third bedroom has a queen with a full trundle you can pull out for an extra bed. This bedroom does not have an attached bathroom so guests will use the hall bathroom which is also a full bath.

The fourth bedroom features 2 twin trundle beds with its own private full bathroom and has a jacuzzi tub plus walk in shower.

All bedrooms have a tv. Guests will need to use their own user ID’s & passwords to use Netflix, etc.

The living room includes a large flat screen TV. Fantastic views from the very large not one but two sliding doors to enjoy from the living area, kitchen area and the master bedroom.

For your use if you would like there is a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo.

A heated Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center are in the same building on the first floor and there are two sets of elevators. Handicap Accessible to the Condo, Deck, and Pool area.

The amenities include an indoor and an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. A 3000 square foot outdoor heated pool is located directly in front of the building lakefront. The outdoor pool has a walk in area for smaller kids or adults to play easily in. The pools and deck areas have great views of the lake and include lawn furniture for your enjoyment. The pool and amenities are located on the first floor of the Towers and the Towers has two sets of elevators making it very easy and convenient to use the indoor and outdoor facilities.
