Our comfortable alpine style attic-apartments are furnished in wood.
The apartment for 2 persons (ca. 48 sqm.) is made of: one bedroom, living room with bed couch for 2 persons, kitchen corner with dishwasher, bath, shower, WC, color SAT-TV, Free WIFI and a sunny, southward directed balcony with a wonderful and unique view on Ortisei and the Dolomites.
You get to the apartment directly from the garage by elevator or by walking through the garden.

But what you'll like most of the villa is the extremely quiet location. Away from traffic, but close to the town center, it lies in a unforgettable site above Ortisei. The bus stop, from which you’ll reach easily the main lifts (Seceda and Alpe di Siusi) is about 100 meters from our house.

It's our desire to offer you relaxing holidays in a familiar atmosphere.

The rent includes all utilities such as initial supply of bed linen, towels and bath towels, water, electricity, heating and underground parking and the final cleaning of the flat.

In case of early departure or late arrival the entire price of the apartment will be charged.

Please understand that we take for health reasons, no pets.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful town and a very gracious hostess!

We were fortunate enough to spend eight days in the Ortesei area and luckily picked the most delightful "Home Away" possible. Alma was a wonderful hostess and present if you needed her for information about the area and things to do. We chose to take a few day trips to soak up the beauty of the Alps and to take part in the apple harvest events and festivals. Other days were filled with easy and moderate hikes in and around Ortesei, St. Christina, Selva and Castelrotto. We also just "hung" in our abode or downtown where there were plenty of things to keep one occupied. A fabulous stay and one we would recommend to anyone who loves the outdoors.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in St. Ulrich sehr gut gefallen. Das Wandergebiet bietet für alle Schwierigkeitsgrade Möglichkeiten in den Bergen unterwegs zu sein. Das Haus verfügt über eine Tiefgarage und ein Aufzug führt direkt zur Ferienwohnung, was sehr praktisch war. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich geputzt. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zurückhaltend. Einmal pro Woche hat die Gastgeberin uns nachmittags ein paar Stücke von ihrem selbst gebackenen Kuchen gebracht. Er war sehr lecker. Die Aussicht auf die Seiser Alm, Langkofel und die Sellagruppe haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub.

Ergänzend zu bereits positiven erwähnten Rezensionen: Weil die Außentemperatur in der ersten Woche niedrig war und die Heizung abgestellt, war die Wohnung zu kalt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Der Duschkopf war undicht.

Erholsamer zu Empfehlender Aufenthalt

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick! Alles was man braucht war in perfektem Zustand vorhanden. Sehr sauber, ruhiges und gepflegtes Haus. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Straße zur Wohnung ist recht steil und war für “kurz in den Ort laufen und wieder zurück “ für uns nicht ideal. Bus Haltestelle ist ganz nah man braucht kein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Toller Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Lage
