Ortenau Vacation Packages

Cozy hotel. Close to COE facilities. Excellent staff. Maybe the best hotel from Strasbourg.

Property was clean very well maintained. Location was excellent and staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: the staff were great. The lobby and common rooms are nicely decorated. Parking was free and easy. Cons: I paid for a king bed but was given a queen bed. I don't think they are honest about the bedding in their rooms. The bed had only a sheet over it, no duvet or other cover. I found a duvet in the closet but it did not have a cover for it. We were two people in the room and were only given one bath towel, no hand towels or floor mat for the shower. All these omissions made us feel very unwelcome. The hotel is new construction and is built as a grey rectangular box off the side of a roundabout. The sign in the roundabout mentions the restaurant but not the hotel, so it is not easy to find. I had plans to stay here again on a return trip but cancelled them. I would not stay again.
