I took my husband to Daytona for his birthday and im so glad I picked this hotel everything about it was beautiful. We booked a beachfront balcony room and it made me feel like I was out the country. Nice hotel but needs new stafg

Hotel is beautiful but they hire employees that are not trust worthy. Left behind an item which is tracked and the hotel advised to submit a claim and no response after 6 days. That's not good customer service.
