The property does not have a kitchen sink; all utensils had to be washed in the bathroom. The window air conditioner was not installed, so the unit was uncomfortable for the last two nights of our stay; it would have been nice if a portable fan had been available.

The location is perfect for Nauset Beach. Really just a 5 minute walk to get there. The studio is probably best for a couple or a couple with a child. But it was clean and fairly well stocked. The area is quiet and it is just lovely to sit out on the deck and listen to the waves crashing at the beach. It’s easy to get to Skaket beach if you want a calmer water scene, and children generally enjoy Skaket beach. There’s plenty to do and see in Orleans and Brewster. A good and comfortable location. Oh and check out the Town Cover Brewery attached to Snow’s. Inviting environment and good ale!
