This 9-bedroom home is in Solara designed for large families and groups, with 2 themed kids' rooms, home theater with a 100-inch television, arcade, and private pool.

The Spaces
The kids will marvel at the jungle-themed bedroom, featuring leafy ceilings, tropical décor, and bunk beds supported by tree trunks. Just down the hall, the toy-themed bedroom is sure to satisfy the little ones, who won't turn down bedtime once they get a load of the bunk bed sliding pond, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling wall art of all their favorite toys.

The fun continues throughout the house, starting with the private home theater on the main floor—featuring 10 ultra-comfy leather recliners, led lighting, high-end projector and sound systems, and a giant projection screen. You'll also find some great arcade games in the theater, like a Pac-Man multi-cade, and Shelti-eye dart game. After movie night, be sure to swing by the game room/loft, equipped with a karaoke system, arcade favorites like Funky Gators, a mini jungle gym for the little ones, and a lounge area with a smart TV.

Excellent vacation home

We spent 4 nights and had an overall, great stay. The home is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. We had a small group but the living space for this home can accommodate a large group, easily. The technology all worked well and beds were very comfortable. We did have a few minor maintenance issues that were reported to the property management company, and housekeeping could use another set of eyes but in the end we would definitely stay here again.

Property just as described. Great space for our large family. Poor & hot tub were awesome & everyone enjoyed it. Communication with property manger was excellent, quick responses, & great to work with. Only suggestion I have is decor & furniture could use some updating. Travel to Disney parks could be a bit cumbersome due to traffic, but other than that great experience & would recommend.

Family Thanksgiving

Wonderful time for all ages. We had ages 1-94. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. We cooked all our own meals to limit going out during the pandemic. We enjoyed the playground, splash pad and soccer field. Much fun was had in our own private pool. Had almost everything we needed. We will stay again.

There were so many great things about the house. Space and rooms were amazing. Table for everyone to eat was great. Communication with host was timely. A few things that need attention... the dishwasher wheels missing making it hard to open and close. Nothing on bathroom to hang wet towels or place soap and shampoo on. Great place for family to gather

Our family (three grown kids, their partners, 4 grandkids, my elderly parents, and my husband and me) stayed for 8 days in June 2025. The house suited us perfectly! Every couple had their own bedroom and private bathroom, and there were extra rooms we didn’t even use. Grandkids especially enjoyed Hunger Games room and the Toy Story room. We loved being able to gather in the spacious living room and kitchen and share meals at the big table. The theater room and the pool were the favorites, although the other electronic games were a hit too. The only things that we’d change would be to add more refrigerator shelves, kitchen towels, and hanging shower caddies for soaps and hair products. We had a service dog and a small pet dog staying with us too. Upon arrival we found a complimentary dog bed and water dish set out for us! If you’re looking for a large house with lots of fun amenities that is easy driving distance to the theme parks and grocery store, this is your place! We would definitely stay here again.

Simply Amazing

Typically when you see an unbelievable listing the reality doesn’t quite measure up. This is NOT the case with this property. It is STUNNING and the pictures do not do it justice. We had four kids ages 6-3 and they were in heaven. Between the games, pool and theater, they were just as happy at the home as they were inside Disney. The communication was great with the management group. The checkout procedures was not an exhaustive list like some places I have stayed in the past. We couldn’t have ask for a better experience. Our kids are already begging to come back.

Awesome Family Retreat

This home was well equipped for our family of 19 (Yes, 19 of us!)! The kitchen had ample plates, cups, utensils, pots... you name it for our family to cook accordingly. The bedrooms were all individually themed or designed and every adult couple were able to enjoy a comfortable King-size bed. The kids love love loved the theater room - they practically lived in it while we were there. The living room seating was superb as our entire family was able to seat comfortably without missing a beat. The open-floor concept was everything! The backyard pool/spa area was a hit. We enjoyed "HORSE" in the heated pool and nights in the spa once the kids went to bed. The home is in close proximity to Walmart (10 mins) and Disney World (6 mins). We also made sure to enjoy the Splash pad and enormous pool out by the clubhouse on one of our 5-days at the resort. All in all, we would definitely come back again! A beautiful property to enjoy with our siblings and their kids as we all reconnected.

The rooms are not like in the pictures. Some of the tv’s stop working. The bowling arcade game doesn’t even have the balls or pins. We payed money for pool to be heated it did not heat at all. In the hunger games themed room the tv stopped showing Netflix and the mini tree was moving. The movie theater remote is not their.the ps4 is lagging. The movie theater and other rooms are not clean. The air conditioning is not working.

All our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Our only negative was that the refrigerator felt small- considering the house can hold over 15 people. All in all had a great visit, and would definitely stay at a Villatel property again.

The property was just as advertised. The pool was the right size for our kids. The screen on the lanai around the pool was torn, and rodents got into the area overnight, but that was repaired without our having to call. Overall it was a good experience.
