The house overall was very nice. It was big and roomy for my group, and we all had a very comfortable bed. the kitchen dining room area is nice and big and provides most of everything you need to cook. A couple of the barstools were broken, along with the foosball table, but the pool and air hockey were still good to play with. The house is towards the very back of the neighborhood so a bit of a hike to the pool and bar area. Our main complaint was the parking. The only real spots we had were in the driveway, and the closest "parking lot" was blocks away. We understand this is not the host's fault, just something to be wary of. The pool, slide, and lazy river were all very nice and clean. There were also games being hosted that kids to play if they wanted a break from the water. Overall the house is lovely and would stay again.

Florida vacation

The property was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves very much! We had a short drive to Disney and it was centrally located, making shopping very convenient. I loved that it doesn’t back to other homes which made using the pool feel more private. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great resort and great location

We had a great stay at Sun-Soaked at Solterra. It’s greatly located on a fantastic resort. The home was very spacious and beautiful with some great amenities but could use some improvements, the kitchen lacked some kitchen supplies and the mattress in the master bedroom could use an upgrade. The pool area was great, it’s where we spent most of our time. Had a couple minor issues with the BBQ tank not being full and running out of propane and the light in the pool didn’t work but the host was very prompt on responding to me and getting someone to come to look at and solve these issues for us quickly. Would definitely stay here again if the issues I mentioned were looked into.

Baseball trip to FL

Two families shared this home for a week while we were here to watch our sons play college baseball. For the most part, everything was fine and this was comparable to many vacation homes we’ve rented. We had two main concerns with the property. 1) First, to get into the resort you need to check in at the gate for parking permits. The gate did not have my name down as having a reservation when we arrived around 10pm the first night. They let us in but told me I needed to contact the property manager to ask them to give the resort our names and the name of the second family. So I texted my contact number for the property management company and asked them to give the gate my name and the name of the other family. The next day the gate had my name, but still not the name of the other family. It took 3 additional requests and until the third day before the other family was finally able to get their parking permit so they could get in and out of the resort easily. 2) The second concern was that there were no bathroom washcloths available when we arrived. I thought maybe the cleaning service just forgot because this is a pretty standard amenity. I texted the next day and was told they stopped providing them because people would misuse or steal them. I get it, but maybe this should be mentioned on the property description then so guests can pack their own. To their credit, they did deliver some after I asked.

Large house

House was large with a lot of amenities that needed fixing.Pool cues didn't have tips, air Hocking table barely blew air to slide puck. Hot tub was warm but not hot. The security station to get in to neighborhood was always eextremely busy
