Steps from clubhouse. "Be Our Guest" in Windsor Hills-Pool Heat


Pool heat in our splash pool is included. The pool will be heated up to 88 degrees per the contract. It is NOT a hot tub and will not be heated as such. The pool turns on at 8am and shuts off at 10pm. In colder temps, below 70s, it may take time for the heater to get all the way up to temp. Sometimes it may not get to 88 if it is cold in Florida, and may heat to 82-84. It is a pool heater, not a spa heater, and heats differently.

Five-seven days before arrival, the owner will ask for a drivers license and will send check-in instructions.

Keep in mind early check in cannot always be honored due to prior or coming in guests. However, you can always check in and use the main clubhouse pool and other amenities until the unit is ready, though in that case you may want extra towels. If you would like to checkout after 10am and use the townhome longer, another days fee will be added as the cleaners cannot get the unit ready for the next guest until the day after and the owner therefore incurs lost income. Same with early check-in. Yes, YOU aren't staying another day, but WE are losing a day.

The main clubhouse pool heats to 82 degrees at the clubhouse.

Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.

COVID is known. Please purchase trip insurance through a separate entity. Unfortunately we cannot cover last minute cancellations.

We have provided both hydrogen peroxide and multipurpose cleaning solutions for guests under kitchen sink to use. These cannot be removed from the property. We have also added blink cameras to the front and back doors as part of our remote check-in and for security. We hope to see you soon. Our family loves this place so much and we hope you do too.

By booking, you agree to the short term lease agreement attached. This protects both of us.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home. These only face away from the house over the pool heater behind house and looking out towards the driveway.

Be Our Guest is a beautiful 3 bedroom vacation townhome, owned by a family, which can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located within the wonderful Windsor Hills resort community. This townhouse is less than 3 miles to theme parks and all the attractions of Kissimmee and Orlando, Florida!

Take a dip in the private plunge pool. This home has private themed bedrooms and spacious living areas that will help you de-stress and enjoy your magical vacation.

Your stay includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one small soap in each bathroom and one starter pack of detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Anything over this is the guests responsibility. We do not include paper towels. We cannot also have spices or cooking oils due to food and safety regulations. The Marketplace Grill on site has additional items for purchase.

Overall the location, the cleanliness, ect, everything is great. We had issues the first day of the door lock, owner was so responsive and so approachable, get back with me very quick and they fix the issue while we are in Disney with no issue. We came back and the rest of the time are all good. The pool is nice, my kids loved it.

Exceptional Host

This property is clean & comfortable. Close to the Disney parks. We only had 3 nights there in January 2024 & so didn't really get a chance to utilize the Windsor Hills community pool. Bummer bc it looked awesome! The plunge pool at the villa itself was fantastic. We got to go in the first night of our stay & it was clean & warm on a chilly winter night. Beds are comfortable, as are the pillows. That's a huge plus in my book! We loved our stay here & will absolutely keep it in mind for future trips! The owner, Morgan, is wonderful. You can tell she loves her Disney get-a-way & wants to keep it in tip-top shape for her own family. She is super responsive, which was fantastic since this was our very first experience with any kind of non-hotel rental. Our whole family loved this property & we had zero complaints. Thank you, Morgan & Brian for a great first VRBO experience. 3 nights was definitely not long enough. I hope we get to stay at your place again!

Perfect Location

Easy commute to our daily destination. I was able to both worh remotely and complete my own homework without any concerns even during daily storms. The unit is perfectly self-contained with its own pool for relaxing without having to go to the larger pool. The facility ammenities are a nice treat as well and easy to access. Instructions and communication was amazing with owners as well as additional notebook inside the unit. Definitely recommend.

Great Springbreak Trip

House was exactly as pictured. Proximity to clubhouse, waterslides etc- could not be beat! We have stayed in the community before but this was our first time in one of the larger properties at Windsor Hills and it exceeded our expectations. There were six of us. 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kids loved being in the star wars themed room. And we all enjoyed soaking in the small pool after long days at WDW parks. Everything was in working condition. Well stocked. Will definitely come again!

The location is great. We mainly went to Disney parks but there was a lot to do around the area. Walmart was just up the road for groceries and it had a good selection of Disney merchandise. The unit was clean and well stocked. Almost all dishes were glass, which wasn’t a problem for my family, but something to be aware of if traveling with toddlers/babies. Communication with the host was great and she answered all my questions right away. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends or family.

Would recommend and consider staying again

We booked last minute because another property at the resort we'd booked had to cancel last minute due to water damage. The hosts were accommodating and quick to respond. Instructions and getting in and out of the resort is easy. We did Disney parks and it was a breeze to get to and from. The location is my top reason to stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The main floor tiles were pretty dirty so we mopped it since our 2yo likes to get on the floor. Kitchen had most of what we needed for some home cooked meals. Our youngest isnt the safest around outlets. I asked the hosts if they had outlet plugs and they overnighted from Amazon immediately. Very considerate. Beds were comfortable. Put one mattress on the floor for our youngest. They slept great as did we. We were happy there were locks and a gate to get into the back pool. We did go in once and my youngest had some fun but too small to do much. The main resort pool and clubhouse was relaxing and fun. My oldest loved the slides. Washer and dryer work as expected. I world about using the kcup brew machine as it malfunctions. It doesnt puncture the kcups from the bottom and created a mess several times. I ended up using a knife to poke a hole in the bottom of the kcups. There is a nice playground on the property that my 2 and 5 year old enjoyed and they did play with some other kids. We enjoyed our stay and will consider rebooking next time we visit the area.
