The Mario Kart and Toy Story-themed bedrooms help make the townhome itself part of the Orlando vacation experience. Solterra Resort is a secure gated Davenport vacation community offering an impressive collection of family-friendly recreation. SOLTERRA RESORT CLUBHOUSE & POOL ACCESS FEE

A resort fee is required for access to the Solterra Resort clubhouse and pool area during your stay. The fee is $35 for groups of 12 or fewer guests or $45 for groups of 13 or more guests. Payment can only be made in person at the clubhouse using a credit or debit card.
