Amazing house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a huge pool Beautiful lobby, light and airy dining room, laundry, family room ,kitchen suitble for a chef. On the first floor are two bedrooms ,very spacious and bright master bedroom, large window overlooking the pool. Privacy from not having neighbors in the back. Going up in the stairs you will see three bedrooms . The house has a pool with jacuzzi ,( extra charge will be necessary).Safetouch Smarthouse features. club house and pool

Heated pool $60.per day.
Grill w/ propane $50 for the whole reservation.
For circumstances that do not normally happen, additional fees may apply if:
Pet fee - $175
Noise disturbances after 11pm neighbors will call de police . No partying in the house .
Smoking - $500 fine
Late checkout - $150 fine
Early check-in or late check-out will incur an additional cost.please take all trash out in the gray bin and recycle the bin with yellow cover . Please Put you dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
