Windsor Island Resort is a gated community in Davenport, perfectly located with easy access to outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. We do our best to make this place spotless clean and cozy guaranteeing a truly magical experience.

As you enter, be prepared to be wowed by our modern, spacious, and fully-equipped kitchen that anticipates your every dining need. From a double-sided fridge to a Single Serve & Drip Coffee Maker, we have thought of everything. But the real enchantment awaits just next door, in our kid's dream playroom under the stairs where your children can immerse themselves inspired by the White Rabbit’s House. In the afternoon, you can surprise the kids with an “Unbirthday Tea Party” with our incredible tea set. Imagine them donned in Wonderland attire, stepping into a fantastical tea party straight out of Alice's adventures.

Feel free to unwind in our inviting living room, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation after a day of adventure. Whether you're curled up on the couch or gathered around the spacious dining area, the enchanting decor will make you feel at home, creating a cozy retreat away from home. If you have a baby or toddler they will love to seat in the foam set.

The bedrooms are a haven of comfort and style, featuring a Roku TV each and high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Located downstairs, the first bedroom shares a bathroom with a common area, making it ideal for those with mobility difficulties.

Upstairs, the surprises continue with an amazing treasure hunt race, where the clues will guide you to an exclusive prize! Experience the enchantment in Mirabel’s themed living room after a hot day in Florida.

Each of the remaining bedrooms has its own unique theme, ensuring that everyone in your group will find a space that resonates with their interests. Become Andy's best friend in the Toy Story room equiped with a PacMan Arcade or venture into the Moana’s room and sleep in her canoe-ispired bed immersing yourself in the magic of Disney World.

- Bedroom 4: King bed (en-suite)

The entire home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay!

The house is located at Windsor Island Resort.
Club facilities include: sundries store, spa, water slide, children’s splash pad, outdoor sport courts, heated resort pool, lazy river, Pool-side lounge chairs, fully equipped gym/fitness center, Restaurant/Bar, Mini Golf course, game room, café & ice cream shop.
Guests can also enjoy natural attractions, adventure sports and much more, ensuring themselves and their family of an unforgettable, entertainment-filled vacation.

Guests are allowed to park up to 3 cars per reservation. You may use the parking spaces marked with white lines in front of the house, and additional white-lined spaces near the Clubhouse if needed.

INCLUDED ON YOUR STAY: Experience the comfort of our premium bed linens, towels, and pool towels - each freshly laundered and sourced from a top-tier external laundry service. We pride ourselves on providing pristine, high-quality essentials for your utmost comfort and satisfaction. Enjoy the convenience of FREE Wi-Fi, FREE parking, and on-site laundry facilities equipped with washer and dryer ready to use. Your comfort is our priority, and we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay.

WELCOME PACKAGE: We provide a starter kit as a courtesy for your first day. Our starter kit contains:

-1 Paper towel roll

*Please note that we do not offer washcloths, considering them very personal items. We recommend that you and your guests bring any additional items for an even more enjoyable trip!

POOL HEATING: USD $50.00/day. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.

Disclaimer:
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.

Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.

We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

HOUSEKEEPING: Although there is no daily housekeeping, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Your comfort is our priority!

ONLINE SHOPPING: You can shop online during your stay but some delivery services may not accommodate deliveries to vacation resorts. Please contact us before placing orders.
