HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.
POOL • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

POOL CLEANING Pool cleaning at Windsor Island Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability. • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
COMMUNITY STAY POLICY Windsor Island Resort enforces a maximum stay of 120 days per guest within a calendar year. Even if a guest has multiple reservations in the community, the total combined stay may not exceed this limit.
GATE REQUIREMENTS To enter the community, all guests and drivers must be registered in advance with correct first and last names and accurate check-in and check-out dates. This requirement applies to everyone without exception, including drivers, guests who are not driving, and guests arriving by Uber or Lyft. Any guest or driver not properly registered will be denied access at the gate, even if they are not operating a vehicle. The gatehouse may request a valid photo ID from all guests aged 18 and over, or a valid driver’s license from anyone driving within the community. All guests must first check in at the main gate on Sand Mine Road, where access information will be verified and the parking pass will be issued. Once the parking pass is received, guests may use the back gate on Highway 27 for entry and exit during their stay. Guests arriving without a parking pass will be redirected to the main gate. If you plan to arrive by rideshare (Uber/Lyft), please note that all adult guests in the vehicle must be listed in the reservation. Rideshare drivers do not have access to the community unless the registered guests they are dropping off are properly listed. Please note that rideshare vehicles are also subject to the home’s maximum vehicle limit, which includes personal cars, visitors, rideshare vehicles, and golf carts. If the vehicle limit has already been reached, Uber/Lyft access will be denied.
PARKING Vehicle Limits – Strictly Enforced: Each home at Windsor Island Resort has a maximum number of vehicles allowed: Townhomes: A maximum of 3 vehicles per home are allowed to enter and park in the designated townhome parking areas. Single-Family Homes (5–7 bedrooms): A maximum of 4 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community. Single-Family Homes (8–10 bedrooms): A maximum of 5 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community. Once this limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed into the community, including visitors. The resort does not make exceptions. If you plan to receive visitors, please ensure the vehicle limit has not already been reached. Any vehicles beyond the limit will be denied entry at the gate. Garage and Driveway: Parking is allowed in the garage and driveway. All vehicles must be fully within the driveway. If a vehicle extends into the street or sidewalk—even by one inch—it will be towed. Note: some garages may be converted into game rooms. Unauthorized Parking: No parking on grass, irrigation areas, or sidewalks. No street parking on Kaipo Rd, or on designated areas of Summer Dr, Aloha Blvd, and Mahalo Dr (check posted signs). Street parking is only allowed on designated sides of the street, as indicated by signs. Basketball Court/Clubhouse: Parking is allowed in front of the basketball court, but never inside the clubhouse area. Towing: Vehicles in violation are subject to towing without warning, especially between 8PM and 7AM. All towing costs are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Parking Passes: All passes must be clearly visible on the vehicle’s dashboard. Security will provide a parking pass.

DELIVERY All items must be delivered to the house, the clubhouse is not responsible for any deliveries. Amazon, UPS, and FedEx have access to make deliveries. The Post Office/Regular Mail is not permitted to make deliveries within the community. Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing after delivery.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Really enjoyed the house and the space. Would definitely recommend to the host a few helpful improvements, there are no spare sheets so if you have any reason to need a sheet change be prepared for laundry and the dryer takes FOREVER to dry a load so laundry process is slow. Also same with towels, very limited number of towels. They also only give you two garbage bags but require all garbage to be out of the house and in a 13 gallon garbage bag… which requires you to buy a box of garbage bags on vacation which is a bit crazy in my opinion. Last thing is the coffee maker is going to require you to buy filters and ground coffee which is also a big extreme for a vacation time line. A single serve pod style coffee maker would be a huge improvement

This property was great for what we needed, a comfortable place to spend time between visiting other family. In general everything was as described. There were a few dents and dings that are typical of rental properties, such as the trashcan foot pedal being broken or the front toilet not flushing well. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the amenities available here! The pool was clean, TVs were new, and the neighborhood was mostly quiet! The only challenge we faced was not necessarily due to this rental in specific, but the community it is in. The security was incredibly difficult throughout our stay. On some occasions, it would take over 15 minutes just to get through the gate (after we had already received our pass). This was obviously very frustrating and was frequently inconvenient. That's the primary reason I did not give five stars, as if we were not in this gated community with such poor operations, it would be five stars from me!

We loved our stay. The location was great, at the front of resort & walking distance to club house. Home was clean and as advertised. They had a nice welcoming gift package on kitchen counter. Thanks, it was such a nice touch.The communication was great. The Tvs was great and the one by the pool. They all showed great. Beds and sofas are low but very comfortable. It's the temporary look which isnice and fashionable even the art on the wall. It's well thought out. I would stay again and recommend to others.

We stayed here with a group of 7 and overall the house worked well for us, but there are a few things that could definitely be better.It would’ve been nice to have more serving dishes, dish towels, and additional bathroom items (towels, toilet paper) since we had a bigger group. One morning a man came into the backyard to clean the pool without any notice, which caught us all off guard — thankfully we were all dressed! There was also some mold in the guest bathroom, and the washer didn’t work during our stay which should have been communicated before hand.The good part is that the company was super responsive when we told them about the washer. They brought us extra towels right away, which we really appreciated.Overall, the house did the job for our trip, but a little more attention to details and communication would make it a much smoother stay.

Overall clean and spacious home. We had a small faux pas where the TV did not have a cord, we weren't able to get a replacement in time, but it wasn't too big of an inconvenience. Love the TV next to the pool though, as some people mentioned, pool cleaners will show up unannounced sometimes but they just do the job and leave. I would recommend staying here.

The property was beautiful, secure, and convenient for our reason for staying in the area. The pool at the townhome was a little smaller than it looked in the picture, and the WiFi was an issue with constantly turning off and needing to be reset. The water area at the clubhouse was very nice. I was impressed with the overall size of the property and it most definitely handled our needs. Thanks.

Family Vacation to Universal!!!!
This property was perfect for our family’s vacation to Universal! On our non-park days, we enjoyed the pool and the kids LOVED the patio TV, and really had fun at the resort pool which was a nice short walk from this rental! We loved using the outdoor kitchen after a long day at the parks to grill up some burgers. Overall we give this rental a 10!!!!

The property was very nice and exceptionally clean! The only downside was that we were provided with just one towel and one washcloth. I understand it’s not a hotel, but having an extra set would’ve been appreciated. It also would’ve been helpful to have a few more trash bags on hand—we ended up purchasing some ourselves, which wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the stay was great, and I would definitely consider booking again in the near future.
