The Space:

Tucked inside the gates of Regal Palms Resort, this two-story townhome sits right on the water's edge - facing west, so the lake and fountain put on a nightly show as the Florida sky shifts from gold to deep orange. Whether your group is here for the parks, the pool, or simply a change of scenery, you'll find the right pace for it here.

 

Living space

Downstairs, an open-concept layout connects a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable TV lounge and dining area. Step out onto the patio and the water view opens up - a natural backdrop for morning coffee or an evening wind-down with the family. A washer and dryer are also on this level, so there's no need to pack heavy for a longer stay.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The four bedrooms are split across both floors. On the ground level, a queen en-suite bedroom offers a private, self-contained option - great for a grandparent, older teen, or guests who prefer their own space. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Two themed bedrooms round out the upper floor: a Spider-Man room with two twin beds and a Unicorn room with two twin beds, both designed to delight younger travelers and set the tone for a vacation the kids won't stop talking about.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook from scratch or simply prep snacks between outings - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are all included. A dining table seats the group, and the resort's on-site dining is just a short walk away when you'd rather let someone else handle the cooking.

 

Bathroom

Three bathrooms serve the home - two en-suite and one shared. Each is equipped with hot water, a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Cleaning products and fresh towels are provided for your stay.

 

Resort amenities

One of the strongest reasons to stay here is what's waiting just outside the front door. Regal Palms Resort features a zero-entry pool with a waterslide, a lazy river, a hot tub, and a tiki bar - the kind of setup that keeps the group entertained even on an off-day from the parks. There's also a fitness center, sand volleyball, a day spa, sauna, and indoor and outdoor spa facilities. The resort is gated, and the clubhouse is only steps away. Location

The address puts you roughly 15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World, 15-20 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando, and around 20-30 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort and Volcano Bay. Disney Springs and the Orlando Premium Outlets are both within 25 minutes. Orlando International Airport is approximately 25-35 minutes away.

 

Before you arrive

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Please note that resort amenity access is charged at $20 per day plus applicable taxes. For the start of your stay, the home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels - for longer visits, you may need to restock some essentials. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
