Everything was as listed. Nice pool. Big house, plenty of room. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals with. The host was wonderful. Great contact. The only thing we noticed was that the ceiling fans were very dusty, but unless you are laying in bed looking up at them (with them off) you wouldn’t notice them. I don’t think the host knows about that. That would fall on the cleaning people. And it’s not the end of the world. For everything else you get with staying there… that was the least of our worries. The house is in a fabulous location. Close to everything!

The host was very welcoming and accommodating, answered questions in a timely manner and very friendly. Very close to Disney (approx.10 mins) and still close to Universal (approx. 25 mins). We would stay here again for future vacations. Definitely recommend.

We loved the location, the home was nicely done, there was not enough kitchen supplies and the sink wouldn’t drain in the kitchen. The picture showed a different living room setup and I chose that so my family could all sit together and chill, when we arrived not half of us could sit sence the couch was different

The house was perfect for our family! The neighborhood was quiet and right across from the lake. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more. It was located near tons of shopping and dining. There was so much to do at the house; pool table, darts, games, the pool and even scooters for the kids to ride. Thomas was a wonderful host! The communication was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

The house had not been cleaned when we arrived. We called the property manager who quickly had two employees at the house within 30 minutes. They did an excellent job, but it was awkward having them in the house while we ate dinner.The house next door was VERY loud on Friday and Saturday nights. We believe there was only one person there, but he liked to play his music so that everyone in the neghborhood could hear it. On Saturday night the music played until 7 am the next day.

We had such a relaxing and fun stay at this location! The pool was a total highlight—crystal clear, great size, and perfect for both morning dips and evening wind-downs. The beds were incredibly soft and cozy, like sinking into a cloud after long hours of shopping. Everything about the space gave off good vibes—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. Would absolutely stay here again!

Disney Trip Stay

Host was nice and left snacks for us. Unfortunately, the pool heater did not work which was the main reason we booked the place. We are supposed to get that fee reimbursed. Host conveyed this two days prior and we know this was beyond their control to get fixed during the holidays. The neighbors were loud and in their pool - yelling and splashing around 11 PM a couple nights. There was shaved hair all over the sink and tub of main bathroom and toothpaste or shaving cream left over on the shower floor. Again, these things were beyond host's immediate control when they use a cleaning service. The space was a good size for our family and convenient for going to Disney parks. We just needed a place to sleep and shower, so this fit the bill.
