The stay was in a great location and way bigger than the pictures make it seem! The only downside is that if you're here for an extended amount of time, you need to buy your own trash bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.

Our group of 4 stayed here for our trip to Disney World, and we all thought this place was perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking supplies (kitchen utensils, pans). There's a Walmart about 4 minutes away which was super convenient for groceries. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to get to the parks everyday. Truly the perfect stay! We'll definitely be back!

Perfectly situated just south of the Disney parks. Ideal for non drivers as parks are easily and reasonably accessible via uber and Lyft. Walmart is close by, 10 minute walk. House is well situated within the residential area, right next to the gates which makes uber /Lyft pick up easy.Nice quiet clean pool just a few steps away which we used for a few hours on non park mornings/afternoons. Neighbours are all friendly too.

The property overall was nice except the carpet has all kind of dirt stains and didn't look clean. The blinds in the kitchen were missing several parts and left spaces that could be seen through from the outside

Fun in Orlando

We had a very nice time. The unit was clean and a starter pack for toiletries provided which is nice. I do wish the Orlando units would switch to the lvp flooring. The unit was clean but the rugs had stains which is off putting but they were not dirty. Our socks did not get gross. The furniture looks great in the pictures but its worn, but comfy. The ingress gate has a short. It shocked me when I put the code in, so I used a pencil the next time. The location is great and everything you could need and the parks are very close. We would stay again. Thank you.

Great Location

We loved the location of the condo. It was so close to the Disney parks and everything we needed during our stay. The only issue we had was that the lock battery died and left us unable to lock the condo on exit. We found this out on Mother's Day. The management company was great. They got it fixed that day while we were at the Magic Kingdom.

Just ok

The property is fine, the location is good for Disney. The house was clean and didn't feel super old or outdated. The issues I have are with safety and the property management rules. This is not managed by a single person it's managed by a company asany in that area are. The company makes you haul your trash. To where you ask? Not even within the same gated area you have to take it to the main gate of the overarching owning property and the people at that gate look at you like you're insane for hauling trash over. The house itself has a staircase and no baby gate but states it's families welcome. My 4 year old fell down the stairs twice. Not acceptable at all. At check out the door would no no longer lock from the keypad. I attempted to call and couldn't get anyone so ended up leaving a voicemail. Lastly they do not provide any washcloths which they say is because the recommendations by the Florida something or other which makes 0 sense to me because you're going to wash them in the same scolding hot soapy water as the towels and sheets so... Will not be staying with this company again.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Maintenance

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The kitchen was very stinky and clearly not well maintained, which made cooking or even spending time there unpleasant. Additionally, no extra dishwasher tablets or bath tissues were provided, which felt like a lack of basic preparation.The bed in the ground floor room was extremely noisy, and the blankets were old and had a bad smell, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.One of the biggest issues was the broken front sprinkler pipe. At night, the water would spray with such force that it hit the roof, creating a loud and disturbing noise. We reported this issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken during our stay.Overall, the lack of maintenance and attention to guest comfort made this a less-than-pleasant experience.

Disney trip w/ adult kids

Property was perfect for a party of six to stay off Disney property, but travel to the parks everyday. Location was excellent and it was a quite and safe neighborhood near lots of restaurants.

It was what it was

It's a 97 a night townhome near Disney. It was perfect for what we needed. How much time are we spending there anyway, we walked in and passed out, woke up, left, and did it again. While it was spotless, the carpets badly need to be replaced, and the downstairs bed and frame also need to be replaced. With all that I would rent it again.

Amazing

Trip from Michigan to Florida for Disney! The manager was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The place was clean and cozy! Had one small issue when we got there and the manager called a mechanic and it was fixed right away! It was home away from home!

Overall it was a good place, however the cleanliness of the floor wasn't very good. We could spot some debris and garbage on the sides and under the couch.Also the cabinet doors on the kitchen were kind of stuck and hard to open. And the back door holding with a piece of wood don't give the best impression. On the upper floor there was some dust on the bed cover, and the hair drier was not working.As I sais it was a good experience, but a better cleaning service could improve it to excellent.
