6/10 Okay

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, location
Host interactions were good, and prearrival documentation was some of the best I’ve seen. Home has FILTHY carpets on stairs and upstairs. They only leave 3 rolls of toiletPaper and 1 roll of paper towel for multi day stay for home that sleeps a LOT of people. Very bad hosting for those two items.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
It was filthy. There was vomit running down the side of the bed downstairs, all of the carpets were stained and crusted. The couch was stained and had sticky something on it. We left, we could not even stay. The rental company offered to come clean, but there is no way to clean this place. It needs a renovation. It is bad bad. I understood having to pay for the first day but due to the condition never should have been charged for canceling after the arrival, and they wouldn’t give a refund. I never leave a negative review, but families should really be aware, especially if you have children that will be on the floor.
