This stylish single-story villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including two master suites, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It’s the perfect choice for families or groups looking for comfort, privacy, and resort-style amenities.

The home offers two inviting living areas — a cozy lounge and a family room with a large Smart TV — providing plenty of space to relax after a fun-filled day at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and opens to a dining area with seating for six, plus a breakfast bar for casual meals.

Step outside to your private screened pool, ideal for unwinding in total privacy. Guests also enjoy full access to Glenbrook Resort amenities, including a heated community pool, fitness center, clubhouse, game room, tennis courts, and playground.

Clean and Enjoyable Property

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and immaculate the place was. All the towels were professionally bagged. The pool was in nice and pristine condition as well. Our family (including 3 kids aged 6 and under) thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the privacy. The game room (garage) was also super enjoyable for our family. Thanks for the great memories and space!

Softball trip

We were visiting for the spring games for college softball and we shared the home with another softball parent . It was the perfect location ! Great neighborhood , amazing home , and we loved the pool and the space of the place . Not far from attractions and yet a quiet area ❤️ We will be back !

The home was exactly as described! We loved the home and pool. The location was very convenient for grabbing necessities but traffic in the area is insane after leaving the quiet comfort of the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautifully appointed home with a pool was in a great location! It had a lot of updates and natural light, was comfortable and very welcoming! We loved the separate living room and family room. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was lovely and in a very nice area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. The screened-in pool area had a privacy hedge all around which was very nice. Plenty of room for us. In all, a wonderful stay. Thank You.

Nice and clean house

The house was nice and clean. I had to give 4 stars because when I received the check in instructions 2 days prior to check in the visitor policy in bold states “No visitors are allowed without previous host allowance. Unallowed guests may be charged $50.00/ day per extra guest. I feel like this should be stated in the listing. Additionally, there were cameras on the front door. We felt like we were being watched every time we went outside. We did not meet family on this vacation, but typically we do and will visit each other. Everyone usually stays at their own house so I never reported guests when we stayed at other houses in this resort.

Softball Trip

The house was awesome. We head to area for daughter's softball for the week for last 4 years. This was 4th property we have rented in this community and our absolute favorite. Has everything you need, pictures are exactly as house looks, and is an awesome location for anywhere you need to go (restaurants, Disney, Tampa). Highly recommend and owners were easy to work with.
