Guest Access:
Guest will be given a code to access the front door. The code will be active only during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
* The washer and dryer are available for your use. We provide complimentary laundry soap pods and dryer sheets for your convenience. You can find the washer and dryer in the loft closet, located near the TV.

* POOL DETAILS: The private pool is heated between 78-82 degrees, depending on the time of year. Complimentary spa heat is set to 94 degrees. (Pool pumps won't function below 60 degrees Fahrenheit outside temperature. This is only relevant in colder months.)

If you require the pool or spa to be heated to a higher temperature, please notify us at least 24 hours before your stay to allow adequate time for the pool to heat.

Checkout is 10 AM unless pre-approved in advance. Late checkout accommodations are subject to availability and prior approval. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged to the guest at a half-day rate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If a guest is found to be smoking at or in the property, the guest will be charged a minimum of $500 for damages.
