Guest Access:

Parking:

• Up to 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway.

• Additional vehicles must be parked in designated resort parking areas between the white lines on some streets throughout the resort.

• Guests can obtain vehicle passes at the clubhouse between 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. or at the 24-hour guardhouse. Passes must be displayed on the dashboard at all times.

• Please do not park on the street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, or neighbors’ driveways to avoid towing.



Property Access:

• You will have access to the entire home during your stay,

• Upon arrival, guests must show their ID to the gate management to receive a pass for entry.



Resort & Clubhouse Access:

• You have access to Solterra Resort amenities, including the clubhouse, swimming pool, lazy river, splash zones, playground, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, sand volleyball, arcade, and café.

• Clubhouse hours: 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. daily.

• Clubhouse parking is only for guests using the amenities and is not available after 11 p.m.

You’ll find shopping, dining, and grocery options just a short drive away, along with entertainment, golf courses, and natural parks nearby. Whether you want to enjoy the resort amenities or explore the surrounding area, this location makes it easy to balance relaxation and adventure.

• To Universal Studios Florida: Approximately 18 miles via I-4 E

• Shopping & Dining: Approximately 2–3 miles to local plazas, grocery stores, and restaurants

• Car Recommended: For convenience, especially when visiting multiple theme parks or exploring Central Florida



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night per service or $59/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

5. Please remember to consider our neighbors and be respectful in all our interactions within the community.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
