    We liked the unit floor plan. Master bedroom upstairs. Long stairs to climb was not a problem for us. The furniture was average. The bar stools at the kitchen counter were awkward and the kitchen table and chair set wasn’t great. The beds were not the most comfortable. You get the bare minimum for toiletries. It looks like a full time rental that needs a little updating. Communication and check-in process was excellent. The people we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay.

    Great stay minutes from Disney World

    Had a great stay - place was clean, comfortable and convenient to major parks and other central Florida attractions. Community pool and water park area was also a hit!

    Nice stay!

    Paul's place is a very cute condo with a comfortable, homey setting. It's a nice place to unwind and is very roomy. It's been mostly updated recently and has a cute little private pool.

    Fantastic property

    This was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve had. Clean, easy check-in, comfortable, spacious, well located. We stayed here with our 8 year old daughter and all of us absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.

    Family Friendly Home and Area

    Condo worked out great for my family. Loved the large rooms and separate bathrooms. The home was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great for going to the parks. I enjoyed the pool at the house and the public pool. It was also nice having Walmart and Starbucks right down the road. The area was family friendly and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

    Great place!

    Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights while in the Orlando area. The unit was clean and exactly as expected. Neighborhood was very quiet at night which was appreciated. Paul was extremely responsive to all inquiries. Perfect for families, do recommend.

    Wonderful stay in Kissimee

    From the minute we entered the home we knew we found a special place! It was so clean, bright & all new appliances. We had such a great stay here! The communication was amazing! The pool & waterslides were great! So close to Disney! We will definitely stay here again! Don't hesitate to book this property!

    Beautiful space near Disney Parks

    Nicely furnished, well equipped, and beautifully designed townhouse! Exactly as pictured in the photos. Lots of space for a family to relax after a long day at the parks! Communication with owner was incredibly timely. Definitely plan to stay here again!

    Windsor Hills

    We stayed at this property Feb 18- 24. We had a great stay here and I would highly recommend it. It was very clean which is super important to me. We liked the fact that it was a gated community. The whole area is lovely. We would definitely stay again. Paul is a great host.

    We had a previous booking that cancelled on us and came upon this property and holy moly are we happy we did! Comfortable, clean, convenient and made the first half of our vacation so perfect for our family with a baby! Cannot wait to stay here again! Top notch communication with the owner and was sad to leave!

    Great place!

    Paul was great to deal with and very easy to reach for communication. 11/10 great place. Also this property has a grassy park in the back yard which is a bonus. If we come back to Florida I’ll be reaching out to Paul again.

    Best Disney experience ever.

    This condo was the perfect spot for our Disney trip. There’s nothing better after a long hot day at the parks than only having a 5-10 minute drive back to your own splash pool or a short walk to the clubhouse for the water slides. Check in process was extremely easy and the owners responded to every question within minutes. Thank you for having us. We can’t wait to come back.
