Located in the prestigious community of Calabay Parc, our home has a private pool, a game room, and 4 bedrooms. We come every year and maintain it the best we can, together with our management company. We recently purchased a new patio furniture set with brand new cushions, a new couch set for the living room... If you rent our home, you will feel at home. It's close to Disney, all golf courses (Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes...), to all main restaurants (Applebees, Dennys, Millers, Longhorn, Red Robbin, Chillis...) and supermarkets (Publix: 5 min, Target: 7 min, Walmart: 12 min). **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony or patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and an ironing board.
