The property may actually be quite nice, but we unfortunately never got to stay here. The owner of this particular town home at 4112 Calabria would not agree to a change the booking dates due to our (documented) medical emergency, making it impossible for us to travel over spring break. We would have taken any dates available a few months in the future when my son was well enough to travel again, but the owner refused any type of change for us so we lost out on all the money we paid for this accommodation (and being spring break they could have easily filled the vacancy). This resort Regal Palms looks amazing, it's just unfortunate the owner wouldn't adjust our dates, so we'll be rebooking our new vacation dates elsewhere. Just be aware that this property is completely non-refundable, and also not changeable in any event that you might have to adjust your travel dates.
