I liked the v8ew of the lake I had. The pool area was nice,
Liked... that it was close to the airport. Didn't like... the towels were like sandpaper and small. Only one washcloth in room. Kleenex holder was empty. Not enough convenient plug ins near bed to charge phones.
Towels were like sandpaper. Only one wash cloth in the room. No tissues in the room. Had to go to night window to check in. Sketchy car with people in it in the parking lot. Dirty floor, comforter. Staff were not very friendly.
Inexpensive and quite clean hotel room. Small but comfortably cozy. The only problem was the cockroaches. Not overwhelming but nonetheless there. Hopefully they’ll be able to get rid of them easily

Stayed here a few years ago and it was ok. This visit was just plain awful. Towels are old and have been washed so many times they are about to fall apart. Property was loud with unruly guests. Never again.

On the plus side:The hotel is a seven minute drive to the Sanford airport. On the minus side: The rooms are Spartan and the area surrounding the hotel is bedraggled.
The room wasn’t free of bugs in fact I was bitten by one in the early morning as I was going to the bathroom. I’ve stayed there before in past years as it was generally satisfactory but now know now I’ll never stay there again. I saw more than one bug as well, Roaming around the sink a few hours later. They need to fumigate the rooms.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. No one in parking lot like other reviews stated. I’d stay again. Stayed one night before going to airport. Didn’t have any kind of issues.
Other than having to walk to a specific area to smoke it was a great place.
This Hotel should not be sold by Orbitz and is a disservice to unsuspecting clients of Orbitz . My flight arrived at 10 PM . I went to the Hotel to check in and before I got to the Hotel Office I decided this was not a safe place for me . I knew I was right when the Hotel check in was behind a small bullet proof glass .There were people out side drinking all up and down the hotel both on the first and second floors , There were doors open on a large amount of the rooms . Also while I was trying to call Orbitz locked in my car there was a fight going on . Take this Hotel off your site before some unsuspecting traveler gets hurt !!!
