The AC did not work in several bedrooms in the house. It appears the AC would not go lower than 72. It was fine during the day, but the nights were very warm. Additionally, it is probably time to replace the family room furniture. We have stayed at this location several time over the years and the reclining parts of the sofa did not work. We check the outlet, and it was plugged in so not sure why it did not work. But overall, it is a beautiful home, and we enjoyed ourselves.

Overall it was a great stay! The only problems was the refrigerator leaked which caused my son to fall from the water on the floor and the other problem it was hot in the house due to the heat index outside it should been turn down more but everything else was wonderful,

Graduation Weekend Bash

Everything was awesome!! My family and I loved everything minute. The home was clean, spacious and just rite. This is a beautiful property for family gatherings or family getaway. I will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Meeting of siblings

House was centrally located for sibling that lives in Cocoa, FL and also Sarasota. We visited Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach. We had a wonderful visit! We really enjoyed watching the Sand Hill Cranes that visited the grassy area 2xs a day. Also appreciated the quick responses when we called management.

After Christmas Family Trip

The home was very nice and met our needs, however; it could've been cleaned better. There was hair ties, trash under the beds, the pillows on the sofas were dirty, the ice/water was dirty/mold, the blinds to the patio door had a few gaps. The outside trash bins were already full.Called management company first night once voicemail picked up,the phone would disconnect. I finally spoke with Craig .the next day after i had to send a message to the owner. . I left 2 messages and still have not heard back. A plumber had to come out to replace a valve in the shower. This was an inconvenience because the couple had to use someone else's shower Friday night and Saturday. There were broken pieces of furniture that had been set up so when touched it looked like you may have broken it

Nice stay

This home was better than I had expected.In my opinion, the pictures don’t do it justice. The owners of the home did a great job in making sure the home was stocked with everything we needed, including garbage bags and laundry detergent. I have rented many homes, and this is the first home I’ve stayed in that provided all of those things. I would definitely recommend this home.

Lovely big house superb location, nice size rooms, close to amenities and parks are 20-40 minutes depending on traffic on the I4, we went with 7 grandchildren they loved the pool area, not overlooked by neighbours, would recommend

Nosey Neighbors

No complaints about the house, the listing is true, but there must be a Karen living next door. Our group of 50-year-olds had the cops called on us twice. The first call was a domestic dispute call, where someone told the police that they heard screaming, yelling and glass breaking, the cop came and went. In the next 5 minutes, another cop came to the house to address a noise complaint about our music. That cop also came and went, after walking straight to the back where the music was being played at the pool. Not cool! Oh and the key pad at the entrance to the community is older and has had much use - probably in need of replacement, if not repair.

Girls Trip

Amazing home! Community is quiet and great location to restaurants and shops Homef was fully stocked. Beds were incredibly comfortable and pool/lanai was perfect for morning coffee. I highly recommend staying at this property.

DON'T BOOK THIS HOUSE

Although the floor plan is good....the house was disappointing. No kitchen supplies, not even a starter size and just nothing to get you through first night. We paid for hot tub and pool heating and got no more than 82 degrees in tub and virtually nothing for pool. Our family wanted to enjoy the last of these for 2023 but they were a complete fail....and the owner refused to reimburse us for the failed heating. It is NOT noted prominently that cars will be towed at night if on street. Yep, ours got towed the night before leaving! No note, no call....no info to find WHERE it was! Had to call sheriff's office. All around lousy circumstances and lousy "no" resolution. Our first trip there and our last!

This house met all our needs. It is a very quiet location. It is a large house with plenty of room for 9 adults. The restaurants and grocery stores are about a 10 min drive away.

Great for family gatherings

Wonderful home, very spacious, allowing the family to watch television all over the house. However, we had a few issues. The garage was incomplete: no lights and door had to be lifted manually. Washing machine banged loudly with every wash. And we could have used more linens in the kitchen. However, overall, it was a very nice visit.

Excellent stay

We had several friends and family stay at this beautiful home for 2 days and the home did not disappoint. The owner provided several amenities that other other homes did not have. To include a bag of ice. I truly recommend this home for your stay

Absolutely perfect!

This was an amazing home with everything you need. We had a group of 14 adults and the home worked perfect with us. There is so much room that no one felt like they were in each other’s way. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants and stores. The owners were easy to get ahold of throughout the entire process. The pool, jacuzzi, and pool table were all great additions to keep a large group entertained. Thanks so much.

Mother’s 90th birthday

We were celebrating our mother’s 90th birthday and need a vacation home close to her siblings and enough room to accommodate the family. This house offered both. It was large enough and had enough entertainment for everyone, I.e pool, pool table, large kitchen etc! If we’re back in the area we hope to rent this place again.

Needs deep cleaning

The house is in need of a deep cleaning. Had a few things broken. Had to send pictures to the owner. In the reservation process says that the house has a grill, but when we get there, they dont have a grill. You have to make another reservation with a company to come out and put the grill. This information is not available in the reservation process. The property manager was on vacation also, so we never had a chance.
