Big house, just a bit unclean

The pool was clean and well taken care of, the kids loved to swim every day. The walls in the house were dirty especially in the living room. In one of the bedrooms upstairs, the mattress was flipped over as the sheets had a urine stain. The house was spacious to fit my entire family. Overall, it was a great house, it just needed to be cleaned better and make sure linens are changed.

I fully recommend this property,very good area to stay,not far from the parks or shops,loved the pool and the area around it,specially because we had the sun all day,the caretaker of the house was very nice, we had a broken toaster and the caretaker brought us a new one in just two hours,we will definitely look for this house again when we visit Orlando.

I stayed with family which included children the house was great location was good! Everything was great the only downsides were the house is very outdated needs a little makeover. The cleaning was actually really good. The pool was the highlight very clean and its where we spent most of our time! I would definitely recommend if your not concerned about it not being modern and up to date decor! Pool table was not good huge lean but we didn't really need it. Bathrooms were very impressively clean. Street parking over night was not permitted and 2 of our cars were almost towed wish i would've known because driveway is very small barely fit 2 SUVs. Overall though very happy with my stay!

Davenport Home

The home was very clean upon our arrival. We paid extra to have the pool heated for the 7 days our grandchildren were visiting. And they loved the pool. Just the right size for younger children. The home is near to many attractions near Orlando. Close to Disney and Legoland. My only complaint about the home is that it was not stocked very well. (towels were plentiful but no pantry supplies were stocked) We have been renting homes in Florida the last 6 years and all of them had supplies to start out the 1st 2 days. We had to buy groceries/supplies the evening we arrived. I miss my morning coffee sitting by the pool with the warm coffee and sunshine. Enjoyed our month away! fk
