Step through the front door and into a home built for big groups who want it all - pool days, game nights, themed bedrooms, and easy access to Florida`s greatest attractions. Six bedrooms give every guest their own space to unwind, while sprawling common areas pull everyone back together when the fun begins. With 10 beds and 6 bathrooms spread across the property, large families and friend groups can settle in without the usual juggling act.

Sleeping arrangements
Six individually themed bedrooms each come equipped with comfortable mattresses and Smart TVs, giving guests a retreat that`s as entertaining as it is restful. Ten beds across these rooms ensure even the largest groups sleep comfortably, while six bathrooms - including one with a bathtub - mean no one is waiting in line come morning. Room-darkening shades, bed linens, and clothing storage are all provided so you can focus entirely on enjoying your stay.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private pool and hot tub framed by resort views, with sun loungers arranged so afternoons by the water feel effortless. Fire up the BBQ grill and gather around the outdoor dining area for an evening meal under the Florida sky - the backyard is made for it. Please note that propane is not included and a cleaning fee may apply for BBQ use.

Entertainment
An Avengers-themed game room loaded with arcade games brings serious energy to every evening. When the little ones need their own corner, a dedicated children`s playroom stocked with books, toys, and games keeps them happily occupied. The main living room, with its cozy seating and generous layout, is the go-to spot to decompress after a day out.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready for home-cooked meals. GE stainless steel appliances include a double oven, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking basics, a coffee maker, blender, hot water kettle, and a full set of dishes and silverware are all on hand, alongside a spacious dining table and coffee to start each morning right.

Air conditioning and central heating keep the home comfortable year-round, while an in-unit washer and free dryer make longer stays practical. Thoughtful extras like a mosquito net, iron, and clothing storage round out the essentials. Fast WiFi at 300 Mbps - verified by speed test and capable of streaming 4K and supporting multiple video calls simultaneously - means everyone stays connected. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs a quiet moment to focus.

As part of the ChampionsGate resort community, you`ll have full access to the Oasis Club - a 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring dining, fitness facilities, a movie theater, arcade, and lounge areas. The outdoor pool deck includes a heated lazy river, water slides, an interactive splash zone, volleyball courts, and poolside cabanas available for an additional fee. Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld are all close by, with shopping and dining options within easy reach.

Good to know
Self check-in is available via smart lock for a seamless arrival. Exterior security cameras are in place at the main entrance via a Ring Video Doorbell. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Essentials including towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, as is a crib for families travelling with infants, children`s dinnerware, and a first aid kit for peace of mind.

Note that the house pool/spa temperature is highly affected by climate and weather. Therefore, the pool heat may not work optimally when the outside temperature goes below 65F.
